Staff Product Manager

Location: Remote

Salary: $210,000–$250,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Define and own product strategy and roadmap in alignment with company goals, customer insights, and market opportunities.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and definition through delivery, iteration, and scale.
• Partner with engineering, design, business, and go-to-market stakeholders to deliver products from concept to launch.
• Use data, research, metrics, and experimentation to improve user engagement and business outcomes.
• Explore new technologies and approaches for digital claims experiences and ML-driven claims decision-making.
• Translate complex concepts into actionable plans and align internal and external stakeholders.

• Proven success leading products through the full lifecycle in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Ability to define a bold product vision while maintaining strong execution focus.
• Technical fluency for effective collaboration with engineering teams.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Experience using metrics and experimentation to inform product strategy.
• Collaborative leadership style, customer focus, adaptability, and resilience in ambiguous environments.
