Senior Technology Product Manager - Fixed Assets

Location: USA - Coppell, Texas; hybrid work with 8 office days per month

Salary: $85,600.00–$149,400.00 USD annually, plus eligibility for a bonus

What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, investment priorities, and lifecycle for the fixed asset management solution.
• Research fixed asset workflows, buyers, users, reporting requirements, and accounting firm operations to validate problems and define measurable outcomes.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, emerging technologies, and customer evidence to guide product direction.
• Manage product backlogs, release plans, requirements, delivery capacity, risks, tradeoffs, and cross-functional commitments.
• Partner with practitioners, UX, Design, Engineering, and specification-driven teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Drive connected Fixed Assets workflows and data across the CCH ecosystem using AI, automation, analytics, and intelligent workflow capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of enterprise software product management or equivalent industry experience, including ownership of strategy, roadmaps, and cross-functional delivery.
• Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or comparable tools.
• Strategic product leadership, systems thinking, communication, influence, commercial orientation, and continuous learning.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of fixed asset accounting, depreciation, reporting, tax, or accounting software.
• Experience with Jobs to Be Done or a comparable customer-discovery approach.
• Understanding of AI and generative AI concepts and their application across product discovery, experimentation, planning, and execution.
