ISP Analyst – Transmission

Salary: $82,200–$123,200 per year

What you will do

• Manage location-centric integrated system planning within the transmission domain.
• Develop and govern transmission planning assumptions, data inputs, and related outputs.
• Coordinate with transmission planning, construction, and finance organizations.
• Quantify the impact of risks and issues on transmission planning scale, schedules, and costs.
• Integrate transmission insights into company-wide planning deliverables and investment strategies.
• Support emergency response efforts when required, including work outside normal hours during storm season.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or engineering technology.
• 3+ years of relevant electric utility experience.
• Strong knowledge of transmission system planning concepts, assumptions, data inputs, and scenario analysis.
• Experience applying outputs from transmission planning tools such as PSS/E and PowerGEM TARA.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and foundational project management skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must not require employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Professional Engineer licensure upon hire.
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) certification upon hire.
• Additional electric utility industry experience.
