Business Performance Improvement - Finance Transformation (Workday Financials) Senior Manager

Location: Tampa, Florida, United States; hybrid work with in-person time in local hirify.global offices and client sites, including local or out-of-state travel

Salary: $131,000–$209,000 annually, plus a 14% annual bonus target; estimated total cash range of $149,340–$238,260

What you will do

• Lead finance transformation and future-state design projects focused on Record to Report and/or Order to Cash.
• Support large-scale Workday Financials implementations by coordinating client teams, system integrators, and third-party vendors.
• Manage requirements definition, design workshops, testing, data conversion, training, cutover, and post-go-live support.
• Develop implementation plans, estimates, timelines, and costs for Workday Financials and Accounting Center initiatives.
• Manage complex project work plans, resolve risks and issues, and communicate status to client personnel and executives.
• Build client relationships, identify business development opportunities, and mentor and supervise engagement teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as MIS, Finance/Accounting, or Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in professional services or industry.
• Experience leading or managing Workday Financials implementations, including Record to Report and/or Order to Cash functions.
• Experience with project management, solution architecture or workstream leadership, team supervision, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Workday certification in Record to Report and/or Contracts to Cash.
• Workday Accounting Center or Prism certification.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Python, and Power BI for data conversion, validation, reconciliation, and reporting.
