Location: El Paso, Texas, United States; regular travel to La Tuna Federal Correctional Institution is required.

What you will do

• Provide integrated workforce planning, case management, career coaching, and employment services to PROWD participants.
• Deliver career planning and workforce preparation services in a correctional setting.
• Guide participants through career exploration, occupational goal setting, education, training, credentialing, and employment preparation.
• Facilitate workforce-readiness workshops and individualized transition planning.
• Coordinate with correctional facility staff, employers, training providers, community organizations, and program partners.
• Support justice-involved individuals as they prepare to re-enter the workforce.

Requirements

• Customer or client focus, learning orientation, communication proficiency, teamwork orientation, and technical capacity.
• Basic computer literacy, including Internet and Microsoft Office skills.
• Mandatory keyboarding skills.
• Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide strong customer service.
• Ability to travel regularly to La Tuna Federal Correctional Institution.
