Regional Banking Relationship Manager, Sr. - Tampa, FL

What you will do

• Acquire new profitable business relationships through prospecting, networking, and advisory guidance.
• Manage and deepen relationships with existing business customers, primarily companies with $2 million–$50 million in sales and credit exposures up to $25 million.
• Analyze, structure, and close complex commercial loan transactions while maintaining customer creditworthiness.
• Manage credit portfolios, including quarterly reviews, CAR activities, and collection of required documentation.
• Coordinate with the Huntington Loan Center and Commercial Loan Servicing to ensure complete and accurate credit packages.
• Act as a backup to the Market Manager and mentor junior Regional Banking colleagues on complex credits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent four-year education with Business Banking or Commercial Lending experience.
• 10+ years of Business Banking or Commercial Banking experience.
• Experience with complex commercial credits and commercial sales.
• Ability to build local market networks and collaborate with internal banking partners.
• Ability to work in the Tampa, Florida office.
