Relationship Manager II - Business Banking

Location: TX - Round Rock (78664), in-office role; based in the Austin market.

What you will do

• Manage new and existing business-banking client relationships in the $2MM-$10MM segment.
• Acquire, expand, and retain client relationships to grow revenue, sales, and market share.
• Originate, analyze, negotiate, and document credit and non-credit products and services.
• Assess and mitigate regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks.
• Identify client opportunities, present relevant banking products, and convert sales opportunities using reporting and sales tools.
• Analyze and evaluate complex credit requests using advanced credit fundamentals and internal credit policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience with client relationship management, credit processes, financial analysis, prospecting, and sales.
• Strong business acumen, communication, decision-making, critical-thinking, and customer-experience skills.
• Employment visas are not sponsored, and STEM OPT participation is not available.
• Work is performed in the office in Round Rock, Texas.
