Business Banking Senior Relationship Manager

What you will do

• Develop new banking relationships with small business prospects and service existing clients.
• Manage a portfolio of loan and deposit relationships, including complex and important loan accounts.
• Evaluate financial statements, tax returns, credit information, and loan requests; recommend appropriate loan structures.
• Work with branch partners, underwriters, clients, accountants, attorneys, and other referral sources to grow business.
• Cross-sell cash management, merchant services, trade services, and other banking products.
• Manage sales, revenue, loan production, deposit, portfolio, client, and call targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• 5+ years of experience.
• Strong credit skills and the ability to evaluate loan requests and manage risk.
• Ability to read and analyze financial statements and tax returns.
• Knowledge of personal computers and department software.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to sell effectively to prospects and clients.
