International Order Manager

What you will do

• Provide pre- and post-sales support for quotations, purchase orders, logistics, manufacturing-related activities, spare parts, repair services, and solutions processed through SAP PD2.
• Support RFQ activities and coordinate order follow-up with supply management, engineering, materials management, logistics centers, freight forwarders, service providers, and customers.
• Support regional sales and in-country entities across Latin America while developing knowledge of quotation and order-execution processes.
• Coordinate with factories and product and marketing groups to resolve complex configurations and technical changes.
• Manage financial risks and international logistics requirements, including delivery incoterms, import/export compliance, duty-minimization programs, and banking documents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in international sales or marketing, order management, logistics, project management, or a technical field is beneficial.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Interest in Latin America import and export regulations; prior exposure is beneficial.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP PD2 or a similar enterprise system.
• Coursework, internship, or work experience involving Latin America import and export regulations.
