Supply Chain Analyst

What you will do

• Support US export operations and communicate with offshore customers and hirify.global plants.
• Coordinate order communication and scheduling with the order management team in Reynosa and customers.
• Work with North American manufacturing plant schedulers to deliver orders by the requested date.
• Lead, guide, and support initiatives across Export Services, Global Logistics, Trade Compliance, and Procurement Business Systems.
• Support Oracle and other procurement system transitions, including OTM, GTM, EBS, and SLM, as well as related training.
• Improve export documentation workflows, support new processes and technologies, and assist with US export pricing activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years of Supply Chain experience may be used as an equivalent qualification; 5+ years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, communication, presentation, and prioritization skills.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
• Database knowledge covering design, structure, reports, analysis, and queries is preferred.
• Must already be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not provided.
