What you will do

• Provide operational leadership and hands-on support across integrated supply customer sites.
• Assess operational challenges, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Improve processes and support critical customer initiatives across multiple functions and locations.
• Train and coach site associates while acting as an operational resource.
• Partner with customers, Project Managers, Operations leaders, Buyers, Sales, IT, Finance, and other teams.
• Manage competing priorities independently and drive work through completion.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to influence others.
• Strong planning, organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Quality mindset with attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness.
• Availability to work across the listed customer-site locations in North Carolina and Alabama.
