What you will do

• Serve as trusted advisor on security risks to leadership and partner teams
• Lead security operations including vulnerability management, SAST, DAST, detection engineering, and incident response
• Integrate security into software development lifecycle and CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with product and development teams to ensure secure and agile software delivery
• Drive and support bug bounty programs, application security reviews, and threat modeling
• Assess and integrate security tools to automate and scale security processes

Requirements

• Location: Remote with presence in Toronto, San Francisco, New York, Montreal
• English: B2 or higher proficiency
• 5+ years experience in application/product security or security operations
• Strong understanding of vulnerability management, network and cloud security concepts
• Experience with security tool onboarding and optimization
• Hands-on experience automating security controls and incident response
