Talent Acquisition Operations Manager (AI)

Location: U.S. Remote

Estimated base salary: $150,000–$175,000 per year, plus potential bonus.

What you will do

• Redesign the end-to-end recruiting process with a focus on operational rigor, data, automation, and candidate and hiring-team experience.
• Build and document SOPs, SLAs, structured interviewing practices, and global recruiting standards.
• Own recruiting programs including referrals, internal mobility, and talent marketing.
• Develop recruiting dashboards, metrics, KPI reporting, and executive-level hiring insights.
• Manage recruiting systems and tools, serving as the subject matter expert for Ashby and maintaining ATS data integrity.
• Evaluate AI-driven automation, enable recruiters through training, and partner with Marketing on talent-market messaging.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, including 3+ years in recruiting operations or recruiting programs.
• Experience building or significantly scaling recruiting operations at a high-growth technology or SaaS company.
• Administrative experience with a modern ATS; Ashby is strongly preferred, with Greenhouse, Lever, or similar tools also considered.
• Strong aptitude for AI and automation, analytical skills, dashboard development, and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience with project and change management, stakeholder alignment, People Operations, HRIS, IT integrations, data flows, and compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including training and presenting to varied audiences.
