Talent, Strategic Projects Associate (AI)

Location: San Francisco, United States; hybrid role at an in-office company

Salary: $120,000–$180,000 per year plus equity

What you will do

• Analyze recruiting workflows, identify friction, and prioritize problems worth solving.
• Build and test AI tools, automations, and systems from zero to one.
• Own ambiguous strategic projects from problem definition through execution, stakeholder alignment, and handoff.
• Turn successful experiments into documented, repeatable programs with clear ownership.
• Design and lead enablement sessions to help teammates adopt new tools and workflows.
• Research companies and leadership teams, identify executive talent, and prepare actionable briefs.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in executive search, recruiting operations, consulting, program management, or a similar environment.
• Experience building tools, systems, or programs from scratch and helping others use them successfully.
• Ability to turn loosely defined problems into practical solutions from initial testing through rollout and handoff.
• Hands-on curiosity about AI and experience experimenting with it to solve real problems.
• Strong research, writing, organizational, and follow-through skills.
• Comfort with ambiguity, feedback, and increasing ownership.
