Solution Director: Data & AI

Location: Must reside on the East Coast of the United States, specifically NY/NJ, Atlanta, Charlotte, or South Florida. Hybrid blended working is available from home, a clubhouse, client sites, or other locations.

What you will do

• Advise C-suite stakeholders on platform, cloud, software engineering, AI, and technology transformation strategies.
• Design and shape enterprise-grade platforms, cloud-native architectures, application ecosystems, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Provide technical oversight across architecture, engineering quality, security, scalability, DevOps, automation, MLOps, and delivery outcomes.
• Identify and shape new opportunities, support proposals and pre-sales, and collaborate with AWS, Google, and Microsoft on co-selling and co-marketing.
• Own the Platform & AI proposition, developing reusable frameworks, accelerators, patterns, training, and thought leadership.
• Mentor practitioners, support recruitment and capability growth, and help establish the US Platform & AI practice.

Requirements

• Residence on the East Coast of the United States is required: NY/NJ, Atlanta, Charlotte, or South Florida.
• 10–15 years of experience in technology or consulting, including 6+ years in platform, cloud, software engineering, architecture, AI, or related delivery.
• At least 2 years in recent senior leadership roles, or strong hands-on client-facing experience ready for the next step.
• Experience leading enterprise technology transformation, platform engineering, cloud, software engineering, or AI programmes into production with measurable impact.
• Strong technical background in AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, cloud-native architecture, platform engineering, software architecture, DevOps, CI/CD, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, observability, automation, and MLOps.
• Strong commercial, stakeholder management, communication, storytelling, architecture governance, and team coaching skills.
