General Manager (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid role in the United States; the posting lists New York City and states that the role is based in the San Francisco office.

Salary: $200,000–$250,000 per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Manage strategic relationships with partner-brand executives, marketing teams, and operational leaders.
• Develop and execute the vision, relationship strategy, and marketing strategy for a co-branded credit card program.
• Drive new cardholder acquisition, existing-cardholder engagement, and sustainable program growth.
• Own planning, budgeting, forecasting, P&L performance, reporting, and recommendations for senior management.
• Analyze market trends, competitive conditions, customer behavior, and program performance to identify improvements.
• Coordinate product, risk, compliance, customer service, finance, and marketing teams to deliver program goals.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience in program and relationship management, operations, and marketing within financial services.
• Experience managing partnerships and aligning the goals of two brands to drive mutual growth.
• Track record of owning and managing P&Ls, budgets, forecasts, and planning processes.
• Strong project management, communication, presentation, data organization, and analytical skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with strong attention to detail.
• Collaborative, creative, and solution-oriented approach to complex business problems.

Nice to have

• Experience with co-branded credit card programs.
• Experience in eCommerce or sportsbook.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
