Salary: $200,000 base annually; $300,000 OTE with variable compensation tied to business performance

What you will do
- Own the strategy, growth, and P&L of the utilities business.
- Define the go-to-market strategy and balance product and service offerings.
- Lead and deepen the strategic technology partnership supporting the business.
- Build and lead a cross-functional team as the business scales.
- Work with product and engineering to shape solutions for the utilities sector.
- Navigate an ambiguous, fast-developing market and set business direction.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a general manager or business unit leader.
- Experience owning P&L responsibilities.
- Experience defining product and service roadmaps and go-to-market strategies.
- Ability to operate effectively in dynamic and ambiguous environments.
- Strong communication skills with senior stakeholders.
- Hybrid work in San Francisco, California is required.
