General Managers (AI)

Location: Onsite in San Francisco; the Data Operations seat may also be based in New York City

Salary: $205,000–$235,000 base annually, plus equity

What you will do

• Own the P&L, performance, margin, and growth of a business area.
• Lead, coach, and grow a team of deployment and project operators.
• Stay hands-on with operator-level execution when business needs require it.
• Partner with Product at a program level to remove blockers across the business area.
• Build and improve operating systems, processes, and quality standards.
• Communicate performance, tradeoffs, and priorities to leadership and cross-functional partners.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of relevant experience, with strongest fit in the six-to-ten-year range.
• Direct people-management experience leading teams through delivery and performance.
• Demonstrated ownership of a P&L, business line, or equivalent commercial accountability.
• Marketplace seat: senior operations leadership at a large consumer or logistics marketplace.
• Data Operations seat: GM-level or equivalent leadership of a human data, AI data, or voice AI operation at scale.
• Willingness to work onsite in San Francisco, or in New York City for the Data Operations seat.
