Head of Implementation (AI)

What you will do

• Rebuild the enterprise implementation operating model, standards, reusable components, and processes to increase delivery capacity and reduce time to value.
• Develop an AI-native delivery function by defining how agents and people share repeatable, technical, and judgement-based work.
• Own enterprise revenue launches from the initial sales conversation through confident go-live, maintaining delivery quality and committed dates.
• Establish standards, enablement, and oversight for partner-led implementations.
• Lead executive customer relationships through complex builds and resolve delivery risks and escalations.
• Lead and develop 8–10 Implementation Managers while partnering with commercial, customer, and product leaders.

Requirements

• Experience scaling an implementation, delivery, or professional services function in a growing B2B SaaS company.
• Experience leading multi-country or multi-entity enterprise programmes involving integrations, data, long timelines, and C-suite stakeholders.
• Strong people leadership experience, including hiring, developing, retaining, and managing delivery leaders.
• Technical credibility across integrations, APIs, data mapping, and configuration logic.
• Experience leading an AI-driven transformation of a delivery organisation.
• Experience carrying commercial responsibility for revenue launches, delivery margin, or account retention.

Nice to have

• Experience in hirify.globalefits, HR, payroll, or another data-intensive and compliance-focused domain.
• Background in solutions engineering, pre-sales, or technical support.
• Experience establishing and managing professional services or delivery partners.
