Human Resource Business Partner 12 Month LTE

Location: Seattle, WA, United States. The role requires unrestricted work authorization in the United States; immigration-related sponsorship is not provided.

Salary: $143,000–$214,400 USD annually. For high-wage locations including Seattle, Washington, D.C., and Boston/Cambridge, the range is $157,300–$235,900 USD annually.

What you will do

• Serve as an HR leader and strategic business partner for senior leaders, directors, and divisional clients.
• Translate business strategies and priorities into people and organizational strategies.
• Advise leaders on organizational design, team effectiveness, culture, talent planning, performance management, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and workforce planning.
• Diagnose root causes of organizational issues and develop solutions that improve organizational capability.
• Lead and facilitate annual HR processes using foundation-wide tools and approaches.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence and stakeholders to improve programs, processes, communication, and employee relations outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent demonstrated experience, preferably in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or Business.
• Detailed knowledge of collaboration and relationship-building across teams and within Human Resources.
• Ability to drive transformation, growth, and a high-integrity culture.
• Strong leadership, business acumen, consulting, coaching, and advisory skills.
• Experience building and implementing a sustainable HR agenda that supports business performance and organizational capability.
• Experience working effectively with all levels of management and employees in a highly matrixed nonprofit or global organization.
