Strategic People Partner

Location: Remote - United States; flexible hybrid work is available based on the role and personal preference.

Base salary: $90,000–$105,000 per year.

What you will do

• Partner with leaders and employees on talent, engagement, organizational effectiveness, and people initiatives.
• Coach managers on performance management, employee relations, career development, and people practices.
• Support performance reviews, talent assessments, succession discussions, and development planning.
• Analyze workforce data and employee feedback to identify trends and recommend actions that improve engagement and retention.
• Support organizational change, communications, team effectiveness, and cross-functional HR projects.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, Legal, Compliance, and HR leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Experience with employee relations, talent management, performance management, recruiting, learning and development, or related HR disciplines.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, consultation, collaboration, judgment, and discretion skills.
• Ability to interpret workforce data, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a changing environment.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• PHR or SHRM-CP certification, or willingness to obtain certification.
• Experience with organizational initiatives, projects, or change efforts.
• Financial services or regulated-industry experience.
