HR Business Partner

Location: Based at the Frontline Communications facility in Clearwater, Florida, with travel to the Bradenton facility as business needs require. This is an office-based role supporting both Florida locations.

Pay range: $64,500–$103,500 per year across U.S. locations.

Frontline Communications, part of hirify.global Corporation and Pierce Manufacturing, designs and manufactures customized broadcast and communications vehicles for electronic news gathering, satellite uplink, field production, bonded cellular, and weather reporting.

What you will do

• Partner with leaders and team members across the Clearwater and Bradenton operations, with primary responsibility for Clearwater.
• Translate business priorities into people strategies supporting growth, performance, and operational objectives.
• Coach leaders on employee relations, performance management, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning.
• Promote consistent HR policies and processes while accounting for the needs of each business and location.
• Support workplace investigations, corrective action, compensation, benefits, employment practices, and regulatory guidance.
• Analyze workforce data and develop communications and recommendations that improve engagement, retention, leadership effectiveness, and workplace culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Three or more years of relevant HR experience.
• Ability to build partnerships with functional and business leaders and execute short- and long-term HR strategies.
• Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations.
• Ability to travel between the Clearwater and Bradenton facilities as required.

Nice to have

• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification.
• Workday and UKG experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
• Experience influencing leaders, challenging the status quo, and building team morale.
