Project Manager, Center of Excellence

Location: Work from home in the USA, Minnesota. Other listed locations: St. Paul, Minnesota and New York, New York.

Salary: $100,000–$150,000 annually, based on experience, expertise, business needs, and location.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end project management for strategic operational initiatives sponsored by the Center of Excellence.
• Translate business objectives into project plans, milestones, deliverables, success measures, and execution roadmaps.
• Coordinate multiple initiatives, balancing priorities, resources, timelines, dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Partner with Operations, Learning & Enablement, Technology, Product, Finance, and subject-matter experts.
• Facilitate working sessions, project meetings, decision forums, and leadership communications.
• Track adoption, operational performance, business impact, lessons learned, and continuous-improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Operations, Project Management, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 3–7+ years of experience in project management, learning and enablement, or a related discipline.
• Experience in SEC regulatory filings or compliance environments.
• Strong planning, prioritization, organizational, analytical, facilitation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders across organizational boundaries and working through ambiguity.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting or dashboard tools; familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and other AI tools.
