People Project Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Manage People Team projects end to end, including scope, workstreams, ownership, timelines, risks, and decisions.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Legal, IT, and other stakeholders to maintain alignment throughout projects.
• Develop change management plans covering approvals, training, enablement, communications, and adoption.
• Support the People workstream of subsidiary integrations, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits, recruiting, HR systems, policies, organizational structure, compensation, and compliance.
• Coach People Team members on project execution and own Monday workflow design and governance.
• Identify, build, and test opportunities to streamline People processes using technology and AI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project or program management experience, including at least one year supporting or working within the People function.
• Experience scoping projects, sequencing work, defining ownership, and managing risks and dependencies.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and change management skills.
• Experience with project management and collaboration platforms; fluency with Monday and Confluence is preferred.
• Demonstrated success streamlining and automating work with technology and AI.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
