Duty Supervisor - ATL

Location: Atlanta, GA, United States; full-time, shift-based airport operations

What you will do

• Plan, direct, and supervise passenger and aircraft handling operations during assigned shifts.
• Monitor safety, security, service quality, financial, and regulatory performance.
• Coordinate VIP, MAAS, PRM, and other special-category guest requirements.
• Manage operational disruptions, delays, diversions, emergency response, and business continuity activities.
• Coordinate with Guest Control, Network Control, SOC, teams, and service providers to protect guest service and operational integrity.
• Monitor on-time performance, ancillary sales, customer-service standards, KPIs, and operational reporting.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in service, hospitality, airline, retail, or a related industry.
• Relevant knowledge of aviation, travel-industry, and airport policies.
• Previous supervisory experience in a high-pressure, multicultural, shift-based environment.
• Strong communication, supervisory, evaluation, and decision-making skills.
• Frontline service delivery experience and the ability to balance guest needs with corporate, safety, and security requirements.
• Degree-level education is desirable, or equivalent relevant industry experience.
