Senior Product Manager (Integrations)

Location: Hybrid in Palo Alto, California, with in-office collaboration required at least 3 days per week.

Salary: $182,000–$220,000 annual base salary, plus equity.

What you will do

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of the partner embed program for co-branded and white-label EOR experiences.
• Define and ship the integration layer connecting hirify.global with HRIS, payroll, and other HR technology platforms.
• Specify data models, synchronization architecture, error handling, APIs, webhooks, and partner developer experiences.
• Design embedded hiring and onboarding flows that allow users to manage employees without leaving partner products.
• Evaluate integration opportunities with the Partnerships team and prioritize opportunities based on business and customer value.
• Define success metrics, run experiments, analyze adoption data, and communicate roadmap decisions to stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, including at least 2 years owning an integration, platform, or partner product area.
• Deep familiarity with API design, webhooks, data synchronization patterns, and integration edge cases.
• Experience with B2B2B or embedded product models and end-to-end product ownership.
• Hands-on data analysis experience, including usage analysis and feature instrumentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to executives, engineers, and external partners.
• Ability to work from Palo Alto, California, with at least 3 days per week in the office.

• Startup experience in fintech or HR technology.
• Experience taking a product from 0 to 1.
