Staff Product Manager (AI Software Factory PLG)

Location: Remote in Canada or the United States

Salary: $168,000–$285,600 USD annual base salary for United States residents

What you will do

• Define and maintain a 12–18-month product strategy for a cross-team area of hirify.global’s AI Software Factory.
• Own the adoption journey from discovery and onboarding through activation, time-to-first-value, repeat usage, retention, conversion, and expansion.
• Connect capabilities across the hirify.global Duo Agent Platform and related product areas into a coherent end-to-end experience.
• Identify friction across end-user, administrator, and buyer journeys and prioritize improvements that broaden adoption.
• Set outcome measures, analyze product usage and customer feedback, and run experiments to evaluate impact.
• Share test results and product learnings across partner teams.

Requirements

• Experience leading complex technical or multi-team products from strategy through delivery and iteration.
• Demonstrated success in enterprise B2B product-led growth or growth, with measurable impact on activation, adoption, retention, conversion, or expansion.
• Experience scaling product usage from individual users to teams or organizations.
• Hands-on experience with customer research, product analytics, funnel and cohort analysis, and experimentation.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and experience with AI products, developer tools, DevSecOps, or other technical B2B software.
• Sound technical judgment and the ability to influence cross-functional teams and communicate decisions in ambiguous environments.
