Senior Product Manager, Intelligence (AI)

Location: New York City, United States; hybrid work

Salary: $148,000–$231,000 per year base pay for candidates based in the United States. Expected OTE is $164,000–$257,000 per year, including bonus or commission.

What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Intelligence product area.
• Partner with engineers to improve model accuracy, reliability, fallback behavior, and customer uplift.
• Define success metrics including adoption, SKU attach, retention, and revenue impact.
• Make AI-powered recommendations and decisioning transparent and trustworthy for marketers and go-to-market teams.
• Work with engineering, product design, product marketing, customer success, and other stakeholders to develop and launch products.
• Track the marketing AI competitive landscape and communicate product decisions and progress.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Ability to turn complex algorithms into simple, trustworthy marketer experiences.
• Strong communication, storytelling, collaboration, organization, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and drive cross-functional initiatives to completion.
• Proactive, positive, and eager to learn and grow.

Nice to have

• Experience shipping machine learning or AI-powered products such as recommendations, personalization, optimization, or decisioning.
• Fluency in experimentation and measurement, including A/B testing, holdout groups, uplift, and model tradeoffs.
• Performance or lifecycle marketing experience.
• Experience with recommendation systems, multi-armed bandits, reinforcement learning, B2B SaaS, or high-scale technology startups.
