Principal Product Manager (Docker Sandboxes)

Location: Remote in Canada or the United States

Salary: CA$255,500–CA$365,000 in Canada or US$184,100–US$263,000 in the United States, plus equity

hirify.global builds developer tools including hirify.global Desktop, hirify.global Hub, hirify.global Scout, and hirify.global Sandboxes for building, sharing, and running applications.

What you will do

• Own the long-term vision, roadmap, adoption, revenue, and results for hirify.global Sandboxes.
• Lead product initiatives for secure, isolated execution environments used by developers and AI agents.
• Engage with developers building AI agents, coding environments, CI systems, testing systems, and other isolated workloads.
• Translate tradeoffs across isolation, startup time, performance, density, networking, storage, and cost into simple product experiences.
• Shape product definition, feature prioritization, scope, OKRs, and success metrics with engineering, design, security, operations, and go-to-market teams.
• Improve adoption, ecosystem integration, reliability, scale, unit economics, and ARR through iterative, data-driven development.

Requirements

• Prior professional experience as a software engineer, ideally in systems, infrastructure, platform engineering, developer tools, or cloud.
• Strong technical familiarity with sandboxes, microVMs, containers, virtualization technologies, and hypervisors.
• Understanding of Linux, container runtimes, orchestration, networking, storage, APIs, and cloud services.
• Experience designing, building, or operating systems that execute customer-provided, untrusted, or agent-generated code at scale.
• Experience with B2B or SaaS products, public cloud, developer infrastructure, or software supply chain security.
