Solutions Engineer (DevOps/AI)

Location: UAE, fully remote; territory covers the Middle East and Africa.

Salary: up to 545,000 AED.

What you will do

• Own the technical side of the sales cycle, including discovery, demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-value engagements.
• Map customer DevOps workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and toolchains, then demonstrate how hirify.global Unify adds governance and evidence without replacing existing tools.
• Translate technical requirements into solutions for audit readiness, software delivery governance, and safe adoption of AI-generated code.
• Contribute to architecture discussions, RFPs, and security questionnaires.
• Bridge customers, Sales, Product, and Engineering while bringing field insights back to the product roadmap.
• Track DevOps, AI-assisted development, competitive, and hirify.global product trends.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
• Fluent Arabic and English required for customer work across the region.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps concepts, CI/CD, and modern software delivery practices.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Git, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to engineers and executives.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving and ambiguous environment.

Nice to have

• Background as a Software Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or SRE.
• Experience with MEA enterprise or public-sector accounts.
• Familiarity with enterprise security, compliance, governance, ISO 27001, SOC 2, ADGM/DIFC requirements, or change management.
• Experience selling or supporting SaaS or platform products.
