Senior Product Manager (Solana/DeFi)

hirify.global is building an on-chain infrastructure and product platform that connects regulated real-world assets with permissionless decentralized finance.

What you will do

• Own the roadmap, meeting agendas, documentation, and decision log as the protocol moves from soft launch to public launch.
• Manage lending-market and permissioned RWA DEX integrations from requirements through production.
• Translate product goals into actionable issues for Rust and Solana engineers, remove blockers, and manage scope against deadlines.
• Coordinate curator, custody, oracle, KYC, and fund administration partner flows for subscription, settlement, and redemption.
• Lead permissionless vault, retail onboarding, and Earn product workstreams from concept to launch.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product or technical program management.
• 2+ years delivering on-chain products to mainnet within a crypto-native team.
• Strong understanding of lending markets, collateral, looping, LTV, liquidations, vaults, and stablecoin yield.
• Ability to work independently with Rust and Solana engineers, read technical specifications, and create actionable engineering issues.
• Experience working with KYC, KYB, jurisdiction gating, and legal reviews.
• Ownership mindset and ability to operate at startup pace, identify issues, and flag risks early.

Nice to have

• RWA or tokenization experience, including NAV pricing, T+1/T+2 settlement, fund administration, and transfer restrictions.
• Developer-facing or API product experience.
• Third-party integration experience with DEXs, lending markets, wallets, neobanks, or exchanges, including commercial negotiations.
