Senior Technical Product Manager (Platform Security)

What you will do

• Lead the platform security and trust roadmap for ACRA, including product capabilities, compliance requirements, and technical enhancements.
• Translate penetration-test findings, compliance mandates, and technical specifications into user stories, acceptance criteria, and API contracts.
• Drive backlog refinement and vulnerability prioritization with engineering based on risk, severity, and customer SLAs.
• Scope and manage external penetration tests, security audits, third-party integrations, vendor deliverables, and partner APIs.
• Track remediation time, security posture, vendor SLA performance, delivery predictability, project billing, and external contractor budgets.
• Balance feature delivery speed, engineering effort, financial costs, and platform security boundaries with product and engineering leadership.

Requirements

• Experience leading technical product delivery and operational execution for complex engineering or platform teams.
• Ability to understand and communicate security, infrastructure, compliance, and operational requirements.
• Experience managing external technical dependencies, penetration testing, security findings, remediation workflows, and vendor deliverables.
• Ability to define clear technical requirements, specifications, acceptance criteria, and API contracts.
• Strong judgment in prioritizing vulnerabilities and balancing security risk against feature delivery.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup from the London office 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience in secure or regulated environments such as defence, government, fintech, critical infrastructure, or sovereign cloud.
• Understanding of zero-trust architecture, identity-aware systems, policy enforcement, or workload isolation.
• Technical delivery experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up.
