Senior Product Manager (Kubernetes)

What you will do

• Contribute to the vision, strategy, roadmap, prioritization, planning, coordination, and release activities for a significant part of the Ocean service.
• Represent customer needs for organizations relying on a 99.99% availability SLA.
• Lead product discovery through direct customer engagement, research, data analysis, and experimentation.
• Build strong working relationships across Product, Engineering, Go-to-Market, Product Marketing, and Technical Support.
• Shape innovative workload optimization products for a rapidly evolving cloud-native market.

Requirements

• Deep practical knowledge of Kubernetes workload optimization, including rightsizing, autoscaling, scheduling, capacity management, and cost-performance trade-offs.
• Experience with Kubernetes platform engineering, public cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and Site Reliability Engineering.
• At least 2 years of hands-on technical experience across DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, FinOps, or Product Management, combined with strategic planning and execution of complex projects.
• Experience working with demanding customers in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated success working with Product and Engineering teams across the full product development lifecycle.
• Strong communication, cross-functional leadership, customer empathy, transparency, and bias for action.

Nice to have

• Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD practices, or FinOps and cloud cost management disciplines.
• Experience as a Platform Engineer, SRE, or DevOps Engineer with a genuine interest in Product Management.
