Product Manager (Social Finance)

What you will do

• Design social journeys covering discovery, following, sharing ideas or trades, responses, and return visits.
• Shape navigation, information hierarchy, copy, defaults, gestures, feedback, empty states, loading states, and failure states.
• Create realistic interactive prototypes and provide engineering with flows, states, and acceptance criteria.
• Use user psychology, usability sessions, funnel data, and cohort data to improve participation and confidence.
• Design experiences for first use and repeated use while maintaining clear control over publicly shared activity.
• Define measurable outcomes, evaluate experiments, resolve implementation trade-offs, and improve the product after launch.

Requirements

• Experience designing and shipping consumer social experiences such as feeds, profiles, sharing, messaging, discovery, or communities.
• Strong interaction design skills, including the ability to explain flow structure, hierarchy, user understanding, and removed steps.
• Ability to build realistic interactive prototypes using Figma, code, AI tools, or a combination.
• Ability to use user research and behavioral evidence to revise design assumptions.
• Ability to own product outcomes, prioritize problems, define success, interpret funnel and cohort data, and evaluate experiments.
• Understanding of credibility, incentives, reputation, visibility, and trust in social finance.
