Senior or Staff-level Product Manager for Growth (Fintech)

Location: London; remote-flexible hybrid with 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Own the Growth squad across discovery, roadmap, product delivery, and commercial outcomes.
• Work with Commercial to identify target VC funds and private equity managers and conduct discovery calls, demos, and POC scoping.
• Identify recurring upmarket problems and prioritise solutions based on ROI.
• Prototype rapidly with the product team and AI tooling, then run experiments and scale successful concepts.
• Convert prototypes into paid POCs, signed contracts, and new product lines.
• Lead a small engineering team as a hands-on product manager.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, including zero-to-one products that reached market and generated revenue.
• Senior or staff-level experience with the ability to set direction and run a squad independently.
• Strong fintech experience and familiarity with financial services complexity, regulation, and sophisticated buyers.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to build business cases, assess ROI, and work with fund CFOs or COOs.
• Proficiency with AI tools such as Claude, Lovable, or similar for research, analysis, and prototyping.
• Comfort with ambiguity, high-risk experiments, small teams, and hands-on product leadership.

Nice to have

• Exposure to private markets, including VC, PE, fund administration, or working inside a GP or fund.
• Experience in growth, new ventures, or incubation functions.
