Technical Program Manager (Autonomous Systems)

Location: Mossville, Illinois, United States; onsite five days per week. The role requires up to 10% travel. Relocation assistance is not available. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $128,470–$208,770 per year

What you will do

• Lead the development, integration, and delivery of autonomy technology for construction and mining machines.
• Coordinate system programs across multiple machines, aligning architecture, strategy, requirements, milestones, and roadmaps.
• Manage schedules, budgets, resources, dependencies, risks, mitigation plans, and program KPIs across the full lifecycle.
• Support system design, subsystem testing, system integration, troubleshooting, and delivery to production.
• Drive collaboration across internal teams and external vendors, remove blockers, and manage cross-organization dependencies.
• Run program reviews, customer demonstrations, stakeholder meetings, executive updates, and team development activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
• Experience in technical program management or leading complex autonomous or heavy-equipment product development; robotics or autonomous-vehicle experience is preferred.
• Strong technical background in complex hardware-software systems and experience with cross-functional teams and release schedules.
• Experience with New Product Introduction, production delivery, and verification and validation of safety-critical software or systems.
• Knowledge of project management, tactical planning, relationship management, and effective cross-team communication.
• Ability to work onsite in Mossville, Illinois, five days per week and travel up to 10%.
