Deployment Program Manager (Robotics)

Location: Remote within the United States; preference for candidates near major airport hubs. Travel of 30–60% is expected for customer visits and onsite implementation.

Annual base salary: $150,000–$180,000, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Oversee onsite testing and preparation of robot fleets.
• Coordinate engineering, solutions, operations, and customer sales teams to define project scope, milestones, and deliverables.
• Lead project planning, resource allocation, scheduling, and end-to-end deployment execution for 1–3 concurrent projects.
• Assess project risks and implement mitigation strategies across the deployment lifecycle.
• Work with customers to understand operational requirements, provide technical expertise, and develop suitable solutions.
• Drive lessons learned, process improvements, operational workflows, training materials, and deployment documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project or program management experience with full lifecycle accountability.
• Experience deploying robotics, automation, or other innovative technologies in warehouses, manufacturing, or healthcare.
• Strong understanding of robotic systems, automation, hardware/software integration, and deployment methodologies.
• Excellent communication, analytical, customer relationship, and continuous improvement skills.
• Must have and maintain US work authorization and be willing to travel 30–60%.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience with early-stage technology, startup environments, systems integration, and architecture.
• Experience introducing multiple robotic systems into production and managing concurrent pilot programs.
• Experience streamlining deployment processes through innovative problem-solving.
