Commercial Operations Program Manager (AI)

Location: San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY; hybrid policy requires staff to work from an office at least 25% of the time

What you will do

• Run commercial product launches end to end, including intake, scoping, commercial-readiness planning, and launch execution.
• Translate launches into requirements covering pricing, billing, tax, marketplaces, compliance, and selling motions.
• Identify launch delays and implement process, system, ownership, and workflow improvements across Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and GTM.
• Build launch tiering, readiness criteria, playbooks, templates, service-level agreements, and training programs.
• Own program-improvement workstreams involving pipeline visibility, readiness scorecards, throughput and cycle-time metrics, workflow tooling, and automation.
• Design cross-functional interfaces and operational processes with Product, Engineering, Finance, and GTM teams.

Requirements

• Experience building and operating new product introduction processes.
• 10+ years of experience in operations, including demonstrated success in billing, payments, or commercial operations.
• Strong working knowledge of billing systems, subscription management, and payments platforms.
• Experience scaling operational programs in high-growth environments from 0-to-1 and beyond.
• Experience leading automation initiatives and partnering with engineering teams to build operational tooling.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

• High-volume SaaS experience.
• Experience balancing hands-on operational building with team leadership.
