Manager, HR Systems

Location: Remote US

Base salary: $122,000–$214,000 per year

What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day global HRIS operations and improve HR process efficiency, data accuracy, and employee experience.
• Lead complex HRIS initiatives, including new Headcount365 and BambooHR functionality, modules, and major enhancements.
• Own the HRIS roadmap and align system strategy with senior HR and business stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into scalable solutions while identifying risks, dependencies, and downstream impacts.
• Resolve complex HRIS issues through root cause analysis, system design, and long-term corrective solutions.
• Support enterprise HR programs, integrations, upgrades, security maintenance, documentation, reporting, and analyst mentoring.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States for this remote role.
• 5+ years of hands-on HRIS experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience leading complex HRIS or enterprise system initiatives.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, data governance, security concepts, and systems architecture.
• Experience with reporting, testing, security design, process automation, stakeholder management, and project leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience with Headcount365, Greenhouse, and BambooHR.
• Experience mentoring HRIS analysts without direct people management responsibility.
