Video Education Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own product education strategy and produce videos end-to-end, including scripting, shooting, presenting, and editing.
• Create product education videos, tutorials, and demos for the YouTube channel.
• Develop hirify.global University into a comprehensive learning hub for users.
• Teach new product features as they launch and make complex functionality accessible to different user levels.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social teams to improve content quality and relay user feedback into the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• Strong on-camera presentation experience, with examples such as a reel, YouTube channel, tutorial, or talk included in the application.
• Ability to independently turn raw footage into polished final videos.
• Ability to explain complex product concepts clearly to both first-time and advanced users.
• Understanding of creator and content production workflows.
• Native English proficiency.
• Experience developing content strategy and translating it into growth, plus knowledge of cameras, microphones, lighting, and capture equipment.
