Video and Multimedia Production Senior Specialist (AI)

Location: Somerville, Massachusetts, United States; hybrid flexibility with the ability to work from home as needed, access to three offices, travel to other offices and occasional conferences, and remote work from eligible locations for up to two months per year.

What you will do

• Pitch multimedia concepts, recurring series, and production plans across launches, campaigns, events, and evergreen content.
• Plan, shoot, and edit product explainers, customer stories, leadership messaging, and social video from concept through final cut.
• Translate complex technical topics into accurate, compelling visual stories in collaboration with product and engineering teams.
• Create graphics, motion graphics, animations, photography, and podcast content, including recording, editing, and promotional clips.
• Lead photo and video coverage for company events, conferences, and team moments with rapid turnaround.
• Build production workflows, standards, equipment, partner relationships, and an organized searchable media library as the first dedicated multimedia hire.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of video and multimedia production experience in an agency, production company, or in-house brand environment.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end work shot and edited personally, including complex or technical subject matter and a series or campaign led from concept through delivery.
• Experience leading productions and directing crews, talent, and freelancers.
• Experience recording and editing audio, preferably including podcast production.
• Deep proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, plus Adobe Creative Suite tools including After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom.
• Experience with emerging AI video and audio tools, production workflows, rapid delivery, and sound judgment around sensitive customer and security information.

Nice to have

• Animation or 3D experience, such as Cinema 4D.
• Event photography experience.
• A freelance network in Greater Boston.
• Experience in cybersecurity, defense, government, financial services, or other regulated environments.
