Video Content Specialist (AI)

Location: Remote within Ireland; Dublin, Ireland

What you will do

• Find and develop compelling video stories with builders, leaders, teammates, and subject-matter experts.
• Own day-to-day video production, including schedules, shoots, contributors, feedback, approvals, and publication.
• Help develop repeatable original video series with Content Marketing and Brand teams.
• Edit videos using interviews, screen recordings, graphics, text, and other visual elements.
• Coordinate in-house and agency-led productions, including event video projects.
• Adapt videos for YouTube, LinkedIn, and paid placements, and use retention, watch-time, and engagement metrics to improve performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience producing video content, with examples demonstrating strong storytelling and technical execution.
• Experience managing multiple video projects and coordinating freelancers or agencies.
• Strong editorial judgment and the ability to develop, script, and structure stories about complex technical topics.
• Hands-on video editing skills and knowledge of YouTube and LinkedIn content formats, titles, thumbnails, and distribution.
• Clear communication, strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative working style.
• Active use of AI tools to improve storytelling, accelerate production, and expand creative possibilities.

Nice to have

• Experience hosting or conducting on-camera interviews.
• Podcast production and publishing experience, including adapting video conversations for audio.
• Experience producing video content at events.
• Experience using AI coding tools for creative or production work.
