Senior Video Producer (AI)

Location: Stamford, Connecticut, United States; hybrid work environment with virtual flexibility and in-person collaboration.

Base salary: USD 72,000–100,000 annually, plus an annual bonus or role-based incentive plan.

What you will do

• Manage daily podcast production workflows, virtual recording sessions, hosts, guests, and publishing schedules.
• Act as technical producer during recordings, troubleshoot audio and video issues, and maintain production equipment, software licenses, and tools.
• Edit, mix, master, and optimize full-length video podcast episodes, short-form clips, audiograms, and promotional assets.
• Publish episodes across Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, and other distribution channels while maintaining metadata, transcripts, show notes, links, and RSS feeds.
• Organize production files, storage, backups, and asset libraries.
• Monitor podcast analytics and operational metrics, prepare reports, and recommend improvements to content, distribution, and audience growth.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in podcast, broadcast, digital media, or audio production.
• Advanced proficiency with professional audio editing software such as Adobe Audition, Pro Tools, Descript, Riverside, or similar tools.
• Strong audio engineering, editing, mixing, mastering, video podcast production, and YouTube optimization skills.
• Experience with virtual recording platforms, remote guest recordings, podcast hosting platforms, distribution channels, analytics, and reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple episodes and deadlines while delivering high-quality content under tight turnaround requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills when working with executives, hosts, external guests, and analysts.

Nice to have

• Experience producing daily news, business, technology, or corporate podcasts.
• Experience creating social media clips, audiograms, and promotional video assets.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices, executive communications, thought leadership, analyst content, and AI-powered production tools.
