TL;DR
Video Content Creator (Video Production/AI): Creating end-to-end video and photography content that showcases company culture, from concept development and filming to post-production, with an accent on short-form video, camera work, and creative storytelling. Focus on generating original scripts and ideas, producing Instagram and YouTube reels, managing shoots and production assets, and collaborating across the organization.
Location: Vilnius, Lithuania; hybrid work with 3 office days and 2 work-from-home days, plus WFA options. Occasional attendance outside standard working hours may be required for projects.

What you will do
- Own the full video content creation process from idea generation and scripting to filming, editing, and final delivery.
- Develop authentic video stories that showcase company culture and everyday work.
- Manage photoshoot logistics and perform photography tasks.
- Maintain video production equipment and organize digital files and creative assets.
- Create short-form videos and reels for Instagram and YouTube.
- Collaborate with Employer Branding, Internal Communications, and teams across the organization.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in video production or a related field.
- Proficiency with high-definition camera equipment, shot composition, and lighting fundamentals.
- Knowledge of video production best practices, tools, and software.
- Experience creating scripts and content ideas from scratch.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Lithuanian and English.
- Experience with AI video generation tools and a portfolio of prior work.
