What you will do

• Install and configure laptops, software, cloud services, networks, and security devices.
• Manage user onboarding/offboarding and device provisioning.
• Respond to technical support requests and track work using Jira Service Management.
• Maintain and restock IT inventory and support software updates and security policies.
• Support Single Sign On (SSO) integrations for enhanced security.
• Create user-facing communications and operate independently within a close-knit team.

Requirements

• Must be onsite in New York City, USA with availability Monday-Friday 9:30am-5:30pm.
• 2+ years experience in desktop/mobile administration, Google Workspace, service and network management.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Experience in security remediation and audits.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a startup environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with macOS and Google Meets conferencing.
