Staff Product Manager (AI Corporate Spend)

Location: New York City, New York. In-person presence at the New York City office is required 3 to 4 days per week.

Salary: $205,000–$230,000 USD, plus equity.

What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered corporate spend and expense management products.
• Conduct user interviews, competitive research, and data analysis, then present rigorous product insights.
• Translate customer needs and technical possibilities into intuitive experiences that reduce complexity.
• Lead high-velocity product execution with engineering, design, data, Risk, Legal, Customer Success, and Sales.
• Prototype with tools such as Claude and ChatGPT and improve AI-driven product development practices.
• Shape feature messaging, support go-to-market teams, and evaluate emerging AI applications for product use.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of product management or adjacent product-building experience.
• BA or BS in a technical or analytical field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Applied Sciences.
• Strong product judgment across complex workflows, data products, integrations, and user experiences.
• Hands-on experience building AI features, prototypes, or side projects, with knowledge of evaluation, retrieval, latency, cost, safety, and accuracy tradeoffs.
• Experience with experimentation, product metrics, qualitative discovery, technical collaboration, and modern prototyping tools.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, cross-functional leadership, ownership, speed, and clarity.
