Product Manager (AI)

Location: On-site in the San Francisco office

Salary: $150K–$300K base compensation, plus equity; the listed base range is $150K–$250K depending on leveling.

What you will do

• Shape the product direction and user experience of Jev, hirify.global’s public AI model.
• Translate rapidly evolving model capabilities into compelling products for developers and users.
• Identify what to build next by combining user feedback, usage data, technical constraints, and product strategy.
• Drive product execution from early concepts through launch, iteration, and scaling.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO and engineering teams on architecture, tradeoffs, requirements, and product decisions.
• Own significant influence over the product and contribute to how the company builds.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally on highly technical products with a high product and engineering bar.
• Experience building and shipping technical products from 0 to 1 and scaling them.
• Experience building developer-facing products, APIs, or infrastructure tools.
• Strong technical intuition and the ability to discuss architecture, tradeoffs, and product decisions with engineers.
• Exceptional product judgment and the ability to turn user feedback into clear priorities and product requirements.
• Ability to work fully in person from the San Francisco office.
