Oracle Solution Delivery Manager (Oracle EBS/Fusion Cloud)

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop Oracle functional resources while setting ownership and providing technical direction.
• Own end-to-end solution architecture across Oracle EBS R12, Oracle 11i Upgrade, and Fusion Cloud for O2C, P2P, Financials, and Project Accounting.
• Design and validate functional solutions, configurations, integrations, data flows, migration strategies, and testing approaches.
• Lead Oracle modernization, upgrades, full-lifecycle implementations, cutovers, and post-implementation stabilization.
• Analyze production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and act as the senior escalation point for system stability.
• Coordinate internal resources, offshore teams, and vendors while driving automation, continuous improvement, and reduced customization.

Requirements

• 12+ years of Oracle experience, including significant hands-on Oracle EBS R12 and/or Fusion Cloud expertise.
• Experience leading full-lifecycle Oracle implementations, upgrades, and production support.
• Strong functional expertise in O2C, P2P, Financials, and Project Accounting.
• Ability to work across business process analysis, functional design, configuration, and solution architecture.
• Previous experience managing or mentoring Oracle resources.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
