Frontend Engineer (React/TypeScript)

What you will do

• Transform advertising experiences into scalable, reusable, production-ready components, templates, and shared front-end frameworks.
• Design and deliver front-end features with React and TypeScript across technical design, implementation, testing, deployment, documentation, and maintenance.
• Improve software quality, reliability, performance, accessibility, browser compatibility, and security.
• Diagnose defects at their root cause, reduce technical debt, and implement durable, maintainable solutions.
• Integrate front-end applications with APIs, shared services, and hirify.global Ads platforms.
• Participate in code reviews, automation, monitoring, operational support, and a rotating on-call schedule.

Requirements

• Professional front-end development experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.
• Experience across the software development lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, debugging, and maintenance.
• Experience writing maintainable, tested production code and identifying root causes of software defects.
• Knowledge of front-end performance, accessibility, browser compatibility, and web security practices.
• Experience with source control, code review, modern development workflows, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work in London, United Kingdom.

Nice to have

• Experience building web applications with React and modern web technologies.
• Experience with AWS or another cloud-based development and production environment.
• Experience building design systems, component libraries, reusable frameworks, or template-based systems.
• Experience with testing, automation, monitoring, logging, observability, or operational tooling.
• Experience in advertising technology, interactive experiences, media, e-commerce, or other customer-facing digital products.
