System Architect (.NET)

Location: Any, Cyprus, Serbia, Georgia, or Armenia. Remote and hybrid work formats are available. Relocation to Limassol is available, with all costs covered by the company.

What you will do

• Develop and align solution portfolio architectures with business requirements, cross-system dependencies, and technical and operational constraints.
• Present, defend, and govern architectural decisions throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Facilitate cross-functional reviews and Architecture Committee presentations.
• Define ownership boundaries for services and systems and establish technical standards and operational best practices.
• Contribute to the establishment and continuous improvement of ArchOps practices.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of professional experience in an architectural role and 5 years of hands-on software development experience.
• Proficiency in C4 and BPMN, non-functional requirements, and technical and architectural documentation.
• Strong knowledge of HTTP, REST API, RPC, WebSocket, API gateways, enterprise API management, and authorization frameworks.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases, message brokers such as RabbitMQ and Apache Kafka, microservices, and large-scale data architectures.
• Working experience with the .NET stack, Docker, Kubernetes, information security, architecture audits, and certification initiatives such as ISO, ISMS, or GDPR.
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher is mandatory. Experience with database poolers, CDC, and at-least-once delivery patterns is required.
